Riverfront Plan: Public Forum on Lehigh Terraces Area Improvements to be held on March 3rd

Mayor Dwight Jones and the Department of Planning and Development are hosting a meeting on the next steps in the Richmond Riverfront plan. Hargreaves Associations will present an overview of the recommendations for the area surrounding the Lehigh cement plant and other improvements to the greater East Riverfront Area.
