Richmond Animal Care and Control truck has tires punctured

Not sure what would motivate someone to do a senseless crime like this one.

Earlier this week one of our most viewed posts was about RACC trying to raise money after budget cuts. They were about two thirds of the way to achieving their goal $32,400. This morning however they had a setback when they walked out to find one of their trucks with four flat tires.

From RACC Facebook:

This morning I was so excited to get to work and share with each of you that we have raised $32,400 so far for the animals in our care!!! I was so touched by the community support and love, that it helped restore my faith in humanity. Then I got out of my car and saw that someone had cut all 4 tires on two of the animal control trucks and my celebration turned to disgust. HONESTLY!! Who would do this?!? I’m trying to focus on the good, only $10,620 left to reach our goal! Focus on the good, focus on the good….please help us reach our goal in honor of all the good!
