At approximately 2:44 a.m., Sunday, July 24, RPD officers were called to the 1300 block of West Broad Street for reports of random gunfire and persons shot. They quickly located three adult victims with gunshot wounds inside the common area of an apartment building. The victims were transported to a local hospital.
