Officer Acquitted And Returned To Full Duty
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – A Chesterfield County General District Court judge found Off. Frank H. Darnold III not guilty today of charges which alleged Darnold brandished a firearm during a March 3 traffic incident with a motorist while he was off duty. “I am pleased this matter has been adjudicated and is now behind Off. Darnold,” said Col. Thierry G. Dupuis, chief of police. “Off. Darnold will return to full duty effective immediately.”
