Good morning, RVA! It’s 30 °F, and Richmond’s temperatures can’t stop, won’t stop yo-yoing between coldish and almost nearly pleasant. Expect temperatures in the low- to mid-50s and plenty of sunshine. If you must leave the house before 9:00 AM, watch out for some serious fog–and not just any fog…FREEZING FOG. Freezing fog is a real thing, and Wikipedia tells me that it’s known as pogonip in the western United States.
Quick traffic update: VDOT crews have made good progress on the sign replacement that forced them to clog up the I-95 / I-64 interchange. Today they’ll only close a shoulder from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM, affecting less traffic.

Over the years, Lowe had gotten calls from irate parents whose daughters’ naked pictures had popped up on cellphones, usually sent around by an angry boyfriend after a breakup. But he immediately realized that this was a problem of a different order. Investigation into the Instagram account quickly revealed two other, similar accounts with slightly different names. Between them, the accounts included about 100 pictures, many of girls from the local high school, Louisa County High, in central Virginia.
