   I an so very glad to see this blight restored — I used to live around the corner and would wonder about it daily on my walks. It’s a shame not much can be done when an owner abandons their property but still pays for it — but the alternative is to have more regulation like more stringent HOAs, which can be unfortunate in other ways. At least the number of fan properties like this is small.
