Council On Aging To Offer Program About Reverse Mortgages
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – The Chesterfield Council on Aging will host a program Thursday, April 23, about reverse mortgages. The program will be 9-10 a.m. in the Lucy Corr Village Multipurpose Room, 6800 Lucy Corr Blvd. Reverse mortgages offer seniors 62 and older who have some equity in their homes access to cash without employment, income or credit qualifications. These loans, however, are not right for everyone. Learn about the advantages and disadvantages of reverse mortgages from presenter Jim Warns, a reverse mortgage loan officer with Bank of America and a member of the Council on Aging. To reserve a seat or for more information, call (804) 768-7878.
