Christmas comes to MacArthur Aveunue this weekend
Parade begins at 11:00 AM.
Christmas On MacArthur and Santa Parade are this Saturday, December 13th from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The festivities kick off at 11:00 with Santa Parade down the 4000 block of MacArthur and includes shriners, students, police officers, firefighters, boy scouts and more. Obviously it wouldn’t be a Santa Parade without the jolly head elf as well.
The stage will feature three groups The Soul Proprietors, Amy Henderson and Susie and the G-Tones as well as the All Saints school choir.
There will also be scores of vendors offering their handmade arts and crafts.
Kids who bring an unwrapped toy can register to win one of six brand new bikes. This event is one of the largest single donors to Toys for Tots, sponsored annually by the U.S. Marines.
