  • She Crab Soup–A creamy classic topped with fresh jumbo lump crab meat.
  • Mixed Field Greens–With carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Classic Caesar–With sourdough croutons, and alici anchovies.
  • Lobster and Shrimp Potstickers–With citrus soy dipping sauce, and glass noodles.

Course two

Choose one

  • Shrimp and Grits–With Byrds Mill grits, sautéed shrimp, smoked bacon, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
  • Miso Glazed Salmon–With orange blossom sticky rice, braised bok choy, and soy reduction.
  • Soft Shell Crab–Lightly fried soft shell crab over a corn pudding and braised collard greens.
  • Seared New York Strip Steak–With red skin mashed potatoes, sautéed asparagus, topped with bleu cheese and fried onions.
  • Tomato and Mushroom Pesto–Grape tomatoes, shiitake mushroom-cilantro pesto, arugula, goat cheese, and linguini.
