  • She crab soup–A creamy classic topped with lump crab.
  • Mix green salad–With field greens, dried cranberries, goat cheese, and spiced pecans.
  • Caesar salad–With romaine lettuce, multigrain croutons, and parmesan cheese.

Course two

Choose one

  • Shrimp and grits–With Byrds mill grits, smoked bacon, mushrooms, and tomatoes.
  • Jumbo lump crab cake–With jasmine rice, asparagus, and sorrel remoulade.
  • Crispy fried oysters–Sautéed spinach, yukon gold mashed potatoes, and dill crème fraiche.
  • Steamed snow crab combo–Crab legs, shrimp, mussels, oysters, and corn.
  • Flat iron steak & shrimp–Yukon gold mashed potatoes, asparagus, and citrus beurre blanc.

Course three

Choose one

  • Key lime pie–With a graham cracker crust.
  • Crème brulee–With vanilla bean.
  • Chocolate mousse parfait–With whip cream.
