  • P.E.I. Mussels — With gruyere cheese, caramelized onion beer broth.

  • Tempura Fried Soft Shell — With saffron couscous, almond, medjool dates, harissa, preserved Meyer lemon butter.
  • Roasted Chicken Breast — With lavender, parsnip puree, broccoli, sweet potato, and chicken jus.
  • Skirt Steak — With frites and spicy cilantro tomatillo avocado salsa.
  • Seasonal Veggie Pasta –With parmesan and white wine roasted garlic butter on rigatoni.
