RVA Clean Sweep working in Forest Hill Park and Manchester this week
Time to throw out some trash, into the proper receptacles.
RVA Clean Sweep works throughout the city motivating citizen’s to pitch in and clean up different areas. This week they’re turning their cleaning glaze upon Forest Hill Park.
Sunday at 8:30 AM folks will gather and attack the trash in Forest Hill Park.
Forest Hill Park is in desperate need of some attention, all of the trash from Reedy Creek has been washing down and collection along the way. This will be a pretty intensive cleanup along the creek and will require some climbing among the rocks so please come prepared to get dirty and wet. I will have pickers and trash bags and a cooler of water. We will meet at the first shelter in the gravel parking lot where the Farmers Market is held.
