  • Hummus with diced red onion, tomato, cucumber, banana pepper, roasted red pepper, extra virgin olive oil, kalamata olive, flat bread & crackers
  • Fresh mozzarella & tomato with basil, kalamata olive & extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ lb peel & eat shrimp steamed with melted butter & cocktail sauce

Course Two

Choose one

  • Tilapia stuffed with crabmeat in a lobster cream sauce topped with capers, vegetables & brown rice
  • London Broil over toast points with mushroom gravy
  • Chicken Marsala with mushrooms, vegetables & brown rice
  • Three cheese ravioli a la Vodka with roasted vegetables
  • Seafood cannelloni Shrimp, crab & scallops in a lobster tomato cream sauce topped with melted mozzarella & topped with roasted vegetables
  • Pork Tenderloin with triple berry balsamic reduction sauce, vegetables & brown rice
