  • Pulled Pork Bruchetta (with tomatoes, peppers, shallots, and a fennel red onion slaw)
  • Baked Oysters (stuffed with andouille sausage, shrimp and spinach)
  • Fried Jambalaya Fritters (with shrimp, chicken, andouille sausage and a Creole sauce)
  • Spaghetti Squash Tort (topped with goat cheese and caramelized onions)
