- Surry Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon: Center cut tenderloin with sweet potato puree, crispy shallots, fresh local asparagus and balsamic vinegar reduction
- Maine Sampler: ½ Steamed Maine lobster with pan seared scallops, celery root puree and fresh local asparagus
