- Fried green tomato beignets with roasted jalapeno-lemon aioli
- Mixed spring lettuces with cucumber, applewood smoked bacon,
- Stilton blue cheese and lemon-balsamic vinaigrette
- Chef’s soup of the day
Course Two
Choose one
- Julep’s signature shrimp and grits prepared with butter poached jumbo shrimp, white cheddar grilled andouille sausage,Wade’s mill grits served with asparagus, and finished with a lobster stock emulsion
- New Orleans style braised chicken gumbo accompanied by jasmine rice with green onions and filé powder
- Open face grit cake “stack” with olive oil poached tomato, sautéed baby spinach, house-made
hand pulled mozzarella and lemon-creole mustard vinaigrette - Grilled flank steak, marinated in chimichurri served with asparagus, garlic confit mashed
potatoes, and a caramelized vidalia onion gravy

- Bread pudding with caramel sauce and whipped cream
- Bittersweet chocolate tart with Chantilly creme
