  • Stilton blue cheese and lemon-balsamic vinaigrette

Course Two

  • Julep’s signature shrimp and grits prepared with butter poached jumbo shrimp, white cheddar grilled andouille sausage,Wade’s mill grits served with asparagus, and finished with a lobster stock emulsion
  • New Orleans style braised chicken gumbo accompanied by jasmine rice with green onions and filé powder
  • Open face grit cake “stack” with olive oil poached tomato, sautéed baby spinach, house-made
    hand pulled mozzarella and lemon-creole mustard vinaigrette
  • Grilled flank steak, marinated in chimichurri served with asparagus, garlic confit mashed
    potatoes, and a caramelized vidalia onion gravy

  • Bread pudding with caramel sauce and whipped cream
  • Bittersweet chocolate tart with Chantilly creme
