Pomegranate is the latest venture by chef Kevin LaCivita and will be opening its door tomorrow, February 4th. Richmond.com has the details on the long path Kevin has taken to get to this point, including stops at Blue Goat and Pomegranate Euro Bistro.
The Pomegranate Menu has appetizers ranging from $6 pumpkin soup to $15 Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras w/polenta cake. Entrees run the gamut of $17 chicken cassoulet to a $27 tenderloin of Beef with roasted marrow bone and foie gras butter.
