Ipanema Cafe is well known for the fine vegetarian fare put out by Chef Will Wienckowski. As we hit the middle of summer he has decided to mix things up and give you some new options.
Some items from their new summer menu.
Southwestern Corn Pudding Brulee with refried black beans
Tomato & Balsamic Granitas with cucumber & tofu ricotta (OR mascarpone)
Tumbet Mallorqin (Stacked Eggplant) with saffrin rice & tomato frito sauce (& optional manchego cheese)
Berebere-spiced Tempeh with collard greens, split peas, beets & rice
