Chicken Fiesta which has the best rotisserie chicken in Richmond is opening it’s third store today. The newest location is right across from the DMV at 2311 West Broad Street. Chicken is the highlight but they also have a good selection of Tex-Mex options.
According to Chicken Fiesta the doors open at 10:30 AM and the chicken will be ready for you to dive in.
As a longtime consumer of Chicken Fiesta let me explain the secret of the sauces. You get two, one green which is hot and one white/yellow basically mayonnaise, neither are filled to the top which is crucial for the next step. If you like it hot take the white/yellow and pour into the green, mix with a fry. You like it cooler all you do is add a little green to the white/yellow.
