Tricycle Gardens Farm Stand moving off the Hill and to Manchester
Fresh produce option coming to Manchester.
Manchester sits in a food desert. Residents need to travel quite a ways to get a hold of fresh produce. One group is making changes to help change that situation.
Tricycle Gardens confirmed via email that the Farm Stand will be moving out of Church Hill and into Manchester at the site of Urban Farm at 9th and Bainbridge. The Farm Stand will provide fresh produce grown locally at their garden. If it’s more local it came from your backyard.
The stand’s previous hours were Thursday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM no word on if that’s changing at this time. We’re expecting a full press release next week.
