“Even though school’s almost out for the summer, Henrico County Public Schools is still hiring. We need substitutes. They play a vital role in helping to support our departments when our full-time employees are out sick or on vacation,” said Mary Alderson, human resources specialist.

“These are also the perfect jobs for those individuals with flexible schedules who want to earn extra money and who enjoy working with our students. In addition, starting as a substitute is a great pathway to becoming a full-time employee.”
