From Twitter on July 4th, in the middle of the thunderstorm: “ @Sam8News : BREAKING NEWS: Dogwood Dell Fireworks postponed until tmr due to weather. Per @RichmondPolice ” UPDATE: Concert at 7pm. Fireworks after 9pm, if tradition is any indicator.
