Changes in a local commercial kitchen could be good news for a local food entrepreneurs.

Victoria DeRoche of Pizza Tonight currently has a commercial kitchen on the 2900 block of Kensington that she shares with Lamplighter, Alchemy Coffee, and Harvest Grocery and Supply. Lamplighter is moving into their new spot, the old Crossroads, in the Fan, which means the Pizza Tonight commercial kitchen has space for new renters. The space is large, 2,700 square feet, so prospective renters don’t have to fear tripping over current tenants and has everything needed to become a culinary giant in Richmond, assuming you can cook. It’s a nice kitchen but not magical.
