Celebrate dad with an all-you-can-eat shrimp boil and craft beer at Strangeways

What dad wouldn’t love spending Father’s Day enjoying these things?

Kick back, dads, and enjoy a day filled with your favorite things. This event will be family-friendly and open to the public but will be ticketed for food. Event tickets will be available soon.

FOOD

Yellow Umbrella Provisions will be serving up an All-You-Can-Eat shrimp boil chocked full of shrimp, potatoes, corn-on-the-cob, and sausage, complimented by chicken wings, and tasty sides.

LIVE MUSIC

Noon: Christopher Watson
Christopher Watson is a Brooklyn-based Singer/Songwriter, born and raised in Tampa, Florida. His music blends Blues, Folk, and Soul with smooth melodies and soaring vocals. Watson has performed at venues across New York City, including the Bitter End, Rockwood Music Hall, as well as DROM for the 2015 CMJ showcase. He produces and writes for others and in 2013, he was a participant on NBC’s The Voice.

3PM: Andrew Alli & Josh Small
Local RVA blues & folk favorites, Andrew Alli & Josh Small, bring their excellent talent back to Strangeways. This duo brings more emotion and mellifluous blues-funk than one small stage can stand. Not to be missed.

GOLF

Courtesy of Action Amusements, Golden Tee Golf, Galaga, CarnEvil, and Pinball will be open for free play ALL. DAY. LONG.

KIDDOS

With video and old school games available as well as complimentary coloring pages, sidewalk chalk, fruit snacks, goldfish and juice boxes for the youngins, this will certainly be a day that the whole family can enjoy.

TICKETS

Tickets are on sale at www.strangewaysbrewing.com/happenings and at the brewery. There will be two seating times for this event -NOON and 3pm- both with limited tickets sold. Adult tickets for the All-You-Can-Eat meal are $25 and children 12 and under are $10.

Tickets are not transferable, so please be sure that you are buying tickets for the correct seating time. Tickets are also sold at the brewery. You will not need a ticket to come to Strangeways this day, but you will need one for the meal.

You will not get an actual ticket, but will need to show your receipt on the day of the event.
