  • Rockfish — Pan-seared with roasted red pepper vinaigrette, green lentils, and asparagus
  • Airline chicken breast‏ — Bone-in chicken breast, pan-seared, braised kale, polenta, and tomato jam
  • Potato gnocchi — With crushed tomatoes, basil, garlic, and chevre
