• Pan seared rockfish — Red peppers, sautéed kale, pine nuts, spiced couscous, lemon-caper vinaigrette.
• Sauteed shrimp — Hanover squash linguini, corn, green beans, herbs, paprika, white wine sauce.
• Grilled lamb sausage — Sautéed kale, pine nuts, couscous, red pepper curry sauce.
