Ntelos wants to build a cell phone tower on Clover Hill Elementary property. Woodlake residents concerned for the safety of their children are opposing the cell phone tower – Again. Read more (NBC12)
Who would want a cell phone tower built at their kids school? Built it at the local Fire house — Chesterfield Fire Department could certainly use the money from renting the land to Ntelos. Or how about on Church property?
