  • Fish tacos — Flash fried white fish with grilled pineapple and habanero emulsion, ginger sweet chili sauce, sour cream
  • Lavender smoked salmon tartar — With meyer lemon puree, lotus root chips

Course two

Choose one

  • Ton-kai shrimp curry — With red pepper, mushroom, asparagus, white rice
  • Shrimp or chicken wok fried rice — With shallots, cilantro, red pepper
  • Fried oyster roll — With goat cheese, avocado, spiced lump crab, cucumber, red pepper, jalapeno, yam puree, eel sauce
