Westover Hills United Methodist Church, Richmond, seeks a Director to lead its NEW preschool ministry which is scheduled to open in the fall of 2015. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic leader with a love of children and will possess experience in the education of young children, a Bachelor’s Degree and demonstrated competence in school administration. The Director is responsible for curriculum development, hiring and evaluating teachers, assessing student progress, communication with parents, and budgeting. The Director will have the principal responsibility for the initial marketing and set-up of the school, which will be located in a newly renovated space.
