The December issue of North of the James magazine has kind words for MacArthur Avenue’s newest eatery — We All Scream ice cream parlor (and bakery and takeout restaurant).
“We opened because the spot became available but we knew we wanted to put an ice cream shop in the area,” says (managing chef) Debbie (Vaughan). “And then there’s so many young couples and singles and elderly people in the area we thought if we put in the deli with the dinners to go and the ready made sandwiches and such like that it would be convenient.”
