  • Wasabi guacamole — A spicy twist on a personal favorite, served with warm tortilla chips
  • Roasted butternut squash soup
  • Caesar salad — With croutons, parmesan, tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers

Course two

Choose one

  • Pork tenderloin — Marinated, seared pork medallions over sweet mashed potatoes, topped with fruit chutneym and served with one additional side
  • Marinated grilled portobello mushroom — With basil tapenade and choice of two sides
  • Grilled salmon — With almond lemon butter sauce and choice of two sides
  • Pot roast — Beef roast slow-cooked in brown gravy with potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery, served with choice of two sides

Choose one

  • Apple bread pudding — With Power’s whiskey sauce
  • Girl Scout cookie Thin Mint lava cake
