Choose one
- Pork tenderloin — Marinated, seared pork medallions over sweet mashed potatoes, topped with fruit chutneym and served with one additional side
- Marinated grilled portobello mushroom — With basil tapenade and choice of two sides
- Grilled salmon — With almond lemon butter sauce and choice of two sides
- Pot roast — Beef roast slow-cooked in brown gravy with potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery, served with choice of two sides
