  • Fried green tomato caprese — Fried Green tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, smoked red peppers, and balsamic glaze
  • Mix summer salad — Spring mix, grape tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, feta, almonds, strawberries, and blueberries tossed in strawberry balsamic
  • Zucchini fries — Fresh zucchini hand breaded and fried served with spicy ranch
  • Fried pimento cheese balls — Potato chip encrusted house pimento cheese served with raspberry-jalapeno jelly

Course two

Choose one

  • Crabcake Balls
  • The Trough — North Carolina style pulled pork, cheddar, bacon, green onions, slaw, and honey bbq sauce on top of house Belgian waffle
  • Catfish and quinoa etoufee — Onions, celery, peppers in spicy tomato sauce with blackened catfish over Cajun quinoa
  • Zucchini fritters — Served with cilantro rice & beans
