The mayor’s website has posted details on summer programming at Battery Park in North Richmond:
There will be a nine-week summer camp at the Stone House at Battery Park from June 23 through August 22. The camp will run from 7:30 am until 5:00 pm daily, and is open to youth ages 6 through 12. There is a cost of $180 and a $10 registration fee, which includes trips, activities and daily breakfast and lunch. Scholarships are available. The pool at Battery Park will be open for swimming from June 13 through September 11. Weekday hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm (open swim) and 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm (family/adult swim). Weekend hours are 12 noon until 5:00 pm on Saturday, and 1:00 until 5:00 pm on Sunday.
