Richmond City Council will hold a special meeting on Friday, July 26 at 1PM to consider reversing the decision of the Commission of Architectural Review which denied a certificate of appropriateness for vinyl replacement windows on the house at 2916 Monument Avenue. They will also consider a motion to amend the resolution to “affirm the Commission’s disapproval of the vinyl replacement windows in the application but approving the use of certain other windows.”
