- Sam’s Famous Crab Soup — Lump crab, creamy blend, sherry, and house spices
- Spinach and strawberry salad — Baby spinach, shallots, strawberries, goat cheese, and spiced walnuts
- Chesapeake oysters — Served on the half shell with green apple ginger mignonette

- Petite filet and crab — With grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes
- Crab stuffed local rockfish — With broccolini and mashed potatoes
- Duck piccata — Pan roasted duck in an orange caper sauce served with broccolini and mashed potatoes
- Shrimp and crab linguini — Jumbo gulf shrimp and jumbo lump crab in a roasted tomato cream sauce, topped with aged parmesan, and served with grilled asparagus
- Garlic and black pepper grilled ribeye — With grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes
