  • Heirloom spinach salad — Served with goat cheese and a bacon dill vinaigrette dressing
  • Sam’s famous crab soup — With lump crab, creamy blend, sherry, and house spices
  • Charred ahi — Served medium rare with ginger soy slaw
  • Baked goat cheese — Served with walnut herb tomato pesto and toasted baguettes

Course two

Choose one

  • Tenderloin oscar — Grilled tenderloin topped with asparagus, lump crab, and béarnaise sauce served with fingerling potatoes
  • ½ crab stuffed maine lobster — Served atop red onion, bacon and sweet potato hash with asparagus
  • Herb roasted duck breast — Served with Yukon gold and celery root mashed potatoes and braised kale
  • Surf & turf — Grilled tenderloin paired with Sam’s famous lump crab cake, served with asparagus, fingerling potatoes, and tomato chutney

Course three

Choose one

  • Key lime pie — With an oreo crust
  • Caramel bourbon bread pudding a la mode
  • Death by chocolate brownie — With chocolate ice cream
  • Crème brulee cheesecake — With fresh berries
