- Tenderloin oscar — Grilled tenderloin topped with asparagus, lump crab, and béarnaise sauce served with fingerling potatoes
- ½ crab stuffed maine lobster — Served atop red onion, bacon and sweet potato hash with asparagus
- Herb roasted duck breast — Served with Yukon gold and celery root mashed potatoes and braised kale
- Surf & turf — Grilled tenderloin paired with Sam’s famous lump crab cake, served with asparagus, fingerling potatoes, and tomato chutney
