North Richmond’s hidden Rosedale neighborhood sits north and south of Laburnum, and west of Hermitage Avenue. The Rosedale Civic Association will be honored by the Richmond City Council with the Community Service Award for a recent food drive for the Central Virginia Food Bank and a school supply drive for Holton Elementary School.
