Who Is “Gypsy Roots”?

Legendary guitarist Django Reinhardt, loved Jazz music and, in the 1930’s with violinist Stéphane Grapelli, gave birth to a new sound – Gypsy Jazz. Guitarist/composer Thomas Wakefield, violinist Larry Lyles, guitarist Jeff Powell, accordion wizard Robert Jacobs, and bassist Rusty Farmer as Gypsy Roots keep the tradition swinging with their brand of “Jazz Manouche”!
