  • Fried calamari with roast peppers, lemon, olives, mint –or– fried oysters with spicy tartar(depending on availability)
  • Smoked pork BBQ country terrine with house pickles, toast

Course two

Choose one

  • Salmon with poppy seed spatzle, brussels sprouts, muscadine sauce –or– crab cakes, grits, broccoli rabe, mustard butter (depending on availablility)
  • Sausage Craft weisswurst with house made kraut, buttered potatoes, mustard
