Police release suspect photos in attempted Innsbrook robbery

Henrico Police today released grainy surveillance photos of two suspects sought in an attempted robbery of the Market Cafe gas station and quick service restaurant, located at 10950 Nuckols Road in the Innsbrook Corporate Center.

On Monday, September 8th around 8:15 AM, a suspect approached an employee at the checkout counter to make a purchase. The suspect then told the clerk he needed to retrieve his wallet from his backpack, at which point he displayed a knife and demanded money.

The clerk denied the request and the suspect fled the business across Nuckols Road. There were no reported injuries.

The suspect is described as a white male, having a Hispanic accent, approximately 14-15 years old, and was wearing a gray T-shirt, gray hooded zip up jacket and gray camouflage shorts.
