The weather couldn’t have been more perfect for local food, craft beer, live music, and family fun on the Boulevard. Thousands turned out for the 2014 Scott’s Addition Pumpkin Festival, which took place between West Broad Street and Leigh Street in the burgeoning Scott’s Addition neighborhood.
