With over 3 inches of rain in the in the past 24 hours, there has been no flooding in Shockoe Bottom. The drainage upgrades seem to have made a difference. UPDATE: nbc12 has a piece on this and the RTD says that we’ve had 5.43 inches of rain over the past 48 hours or so.
