New retail, fast casual dining options coming to Glenside Drive

Starbucks, Chipotle, Jersey Mike’s, Hair Cuttery, Ntelos Wireless, and Salad Works among announced merchants

Local commercial real estate firm CBRE|Richmond announced more than 19,000 square feet of new retail development adjacent to the new 90,000 square foot Walmart store opening Wednesday, May 21st.

The development, to be named The Shoppes at Reynolds Crossing, will be located at the corner of Glenside Drive and Forest Avenue.

The buildings were more than 70% leased pre-construction, predominantly with well known chains such as Starbucks, Chipotle, Jersey Mike’s, Hair Cuttery, Ntelos Wireless, and Salad Works.

The shopping center is scheduled t0 open in the spring of 2015.

A 40,000 square foot, two-story office building is also under construction next door, to be occupied by Sheltering Arms and First Tennessee Bank.
