Modern Artifacts pivots, announces a move to The Shops at 5807

The Carytown shop announced it was closing at the end of May, but has now secured a spot in the Near West End.

Carytown arts and home goods boutique Modern Artifacts, which previously announced it was closing at the end of May, has pivoted and will be moving to a new location. Owners sent an email to customers Friday afternoon announcing the change:

Greetings All,

We are perhaps as surprised as you with our news of moving to the Shops at 5807 – Patterson @ Libbie. We secured a location just this week and we should move the first week of June. So, we will reinvent modern artifacts on a smaller scale with our greatest hits in the new shop: Sky Noir Photography, jewelry, Richmond prints, ceramics, glass, aluminum letters, cool candles and many other of our most popular items. We will be open in early June so please stop.

Now that the end is very near for us in Carytown, everything remaining is 50% OFF!  Please check our Facebook page next week for more details regarding our final day here and the opening date at our new home.

Cheers,

Bill & Sharon
