Man Arrested Following On-line Investigation
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – An on-line investigation resulted in the arrest of William B. Fuller, 50, of the 9000 block of Meadowfield Court in Henrico County on Jan. 28. Fuller thought he was communicating with a 14-year-old girl rather than police. He is charged with use of a communications device to solicit sex from a minor and attempted indecent liberties with a minor. Fuller is employed as the VCU Police chief. He is being held without bond in the Chesterfield County Jail pending a pretrial hearing at 2 p.m. today in Chesterfield County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. Police continue their investigation into this incident.
