Lilly Pulitzer opening store at Short Pump Town Center this summer

The resort wear brand’s store will be located on the lower level near Nordstrom.

Resort wear brand Lilly Pulitzer is opening a storefront at Short Pump Town Center, the mall announced Wednesday afternoon. The retailer is the latest in a string of new additions to the open-air center in the past year.

“We are excited to add Lilly Pulitzer to our line-up of shops at Short Pump Town Center,” said Kem Blue, Vice President and General Manager of Short Pump Town Center. “Prior to the renovation and the addition of over twenty new retail, restaurant and entertainment offerings in 2014 & 2015, we asked our shoppers what they wanted to see at the center. Lilly Pulitzer was one of the top stores requested, and we are pleased that we can once again provide our shoppers with the type of retailers that they are looking for.”

“Lilly Pulitzer is delighted to expand our presence in the Richmond area,” said Michelle Kelly, President of Lilly Pulitzer. “We are excited to welcome Lilly Girls who’ve loved our sunny, ‘Resort 365’ brand for years and those whom we get to meet for the first time.”

The company’s Short Pump Town Center location will be on the lower level near Nordstrom and will carry all the styles that Lilly fans have come to know and love such as shifts, tunics, shorts, knit dresses, silk tops, maxis, totes, and printed scarves, according to a news release. It will also have a “Little Lilly’s” section for girls.
