  • Agnolotti alla panna — Homemade ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta cheese in a light cream sauce
  • Cernia arlecchino — Sautéed filet of grouper with julienne of vegetables topped with baby shrimp and chives in a white wine-lemon sauce
  • Vitello ai funghi misti — Sautéed veal scallopini with mixed wild mushrooms finished in a garlic-chardonnay reduction sauce
  • Petto di tacchino — Sautéed turkey breast with prosciutto, artichokes, shallots, and sage in a light brown sauce

  • Tiramisu — Lady fingers soaked in espresso and marsala wine layer with mascarpone cheese and shaved chocolate
  • Coconut cake — Homemade sponge cake with layers of pastry cream and coconut
  • Bavarese tricolore — Three flavors of bavarian cream, raspberry, coffee and vanilla
