Course one

Choose one

  • Asparagus bisque— Country ham and a black pepper créme fraîche.
  • Fried green tomatoes— Pimento cheese and peppadew aioli.
  • Local mixed greens— Smoked sheep’s milk cheese, candied pecans, radish, roasted shallot vinaigrette.
  • Arugula salad— With new potatoes, spring onion, asparagus, bacon, peanut vinaigrette.

Course two

Choose one

  • Julep’s shrimp and grits.
  • Wade’s Mill white cheddar grits— With smoked andouille sausage, onions, peppers, tomato and spinach in a shrimp broth.
  • Flat iron steak— With horseradish mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus salad and sherry jus (served medium-rare).
  • Pan seared seasonal fish— Potato-bacon-swiss chard hash with a sunchoke gravy.
  • House pimento mac and cheese— Grilled asparagus, spinach and caramelized onions.
  • Braised pork cheeks over Wade’s cheddar grits— Collard greens, spring onion relish and braising jus.

  • Sorbet of the day.
  • Goat cheese cake— Pecan-almond streusel, grapefruit jam.
  • Chocolate hazelnut torte –Espresso mousse, chocolate-port wine sauce.
