Ralph White is asking for our help. He’s looking for Sierra Club and others to volunteer for cleanup of two specific James River Park areas which were not covered by the spring cleanup. Volunteers will be meeting Friday September 14, 5PM, Tredegar Park, (get to this using 5th Street), and Saturday morning 9AM. Please wear the appropriate clothing, bring gloves, and be prepared for some lifting.
These select areas being cleaned are among the most beautiful, so a good feeling of self-gratification will be yours end of day. Sometimes that is enough.
